I really didn't want this post to be a downer, but I also wanted to share some of the challenges I've had this year, as opposed to last. I also really miss riding with you and Daniel. Last year was very special, indeed.Luke Legerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10301106808789201444noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3976667852687191736.post-17792729587452054162009-08-20T18:52:30.860-04:002009-08-20T18:52:30.860-04:00I love the upbeat way you end this post, Luke. My knees are pretty scratched up, but, like you, I'll still always love biking.Eva Marie Sutterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18356056151390317852noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3976667852687191736.post-64080776816857513022009-08-20T13:56:17.993-04:002009-08-20T13:56:17.993-04:00Thanks for the comment Flutterby. I'm happy to hear that you've gone 8 years and counting without any problems. There is hope for me yet!Luke Legerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10301106808789201444noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3976667852687191736.post-41735513420387156132009-08-20T11:30:03.535-04:002009-08-20T11:30:03.535-04:00I've been biking for over 8 years and have nev...I've been biking for over 8 years and have never had a flat or any kind of mechanical problem. However, I do not ride on the roads or to work anymore. I stick to the designated bike paths which are excellent here in Ohio. When I was a little younger (2000) I even did the XOBA crossing ohio on a bike with 200 other riders. It was awesome but I'd never even consider it now. The roads are just too dangerous. flutterbyflutterbyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10892474717026968163noreply@blogger.com
